I started doing yoga in college, but it wasn’t until I found Bikram yoga in early 2003, that I began to truly practice. In 2007 I went to teacher training, never thinking I would teach, but instead to continue my own journey to find SELF. Strangely enough I began teaching full time right out of training and continued to do so for the next 4 years. I consider myself incredibly fortunate having had the opportunity to live and breath this yoga, by practicing and teaching daily all over the San Diego area. In November of 2011 I moved to Aspen, and was so excited to come upon Arjuna Yoga on my way to work. I am so lucky to teach part time and be a part of such an amazing group of people. As a student continuing my practice through teaching I fall more in love every day.As I grow in my awareness, become more connected to SELF, it is my joy and privilege to share this practice with others. I try my best to inspire and motivate others to know, love and appreciate themselves.

“We cannot teach people anything; we can only help them discover it within themselves.”
