The power of change lies waiting in the consistent practice of asanas and pranayama.

Patience. Non reactiveness. Compassion. Effortless effort. Empathy. Mental clarity.

I first started practicing asanas daily, in 2007. My teaching journey began in 2011, with Arjuna Hot Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training.

Every moment and movement is another opportunity for self exploration and expansion, with this all encompassing practice.

My class teaching philosophy, is to practice what I teach and my students level is their choice. Suggestions are made and It is always entirely up to them to determine the level of intensity. Restorative and deeply relaxing Yin class and steady paced all level vinyasas, all set to calming rhythmic music.

I look forward to continued growth each week with the Arjuna Hot Yoga students.
